First, some news: Blue Bee Farm has a new family as of the end of May. My name is Denise Nyman. My husband is Vic and our two daughters are Kirsten and Julia. All of us are excited to be at Blue Bee Farm. Sauvie Island is a special place and we feel very fortunate to be here. We look forward to meeting all of you in person!
The blueberries are looking great. We open for U-pick starting on Wednesday, July 5th! We will be open Wednesdays through Sundays from 9am to 6pm. Continuing the Blue Bee Farm tradition, we use only no-spray, organic farming practices.
The Reka variety blueberry bushes are heavy and the berries are turning deep blue! We will also have a few Hardy Blues and Blue Golds ready for picking by Wednesday. See you soon! - Denise, Vic, Julia, and Kirsten
